プライバシーポリシー
Daiki Urata（以下「運営者」）は、プロポケ（ProPoke、旧名 Prompt Manager。iOS・Android 版アプリのほか、Prompt Manager の名前で提供している macOS 版アプリ、Chrome 拡張機能およびウェブ版を含みます。以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報
アカウントに関する情報
- 利用者ごとに発行される識別子（ユーザー ID）
- Apple または Google でサインインした場合、各社から提供されるメールアドレスと表示名
- ゲストとして利用する場合は、匿名の識別子のみを発行し、メールアドレス等は取得しません
利用者が作成したデータ
- 保存したプロンプト（タイトル、本文、空欄の名前と初期値、送り先の AI アプリ）
- 履歴（AI アプリに送ったプロンプトの文章。空欄に入力した内容を含みます）
これらはサインイン中のアカウントに紐づけてクラウドに保存し、端末間の同期とバックアップに使います。
AI による改善機能で送信する情報
「AI で改善する」を使うと、対象のプロンプトの文章をサーバーに送り、Google Cloud の Vertex AI（Gemini）で改善案を作成します。運営者はプロンプトの文章そのものは保存せず、不正利用の防止と運用のために、利用日時、ユーザー ID、言語、文字数、処理時間、成否、端末の種類を記録します。
購入に関する情報
有料プランの購入は Apple または Google の決済を通じて行われ、運営者がクレジットカード情報を受け取ることはありません。購入状況の確認のため、RevenueCat を通じてユーザー ID と購入・契約の状態を取得します。
広告と利用状況に関する情報
- 無料プランでは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。AdMob は広告の配信と効果測定のため、IP アドレス、端末の情報、広告識別子（Android）などを取得することがあります。法令上必要な地域では、広告の表示前に同意を求めます。iOS では広告識別子（IDFA）の利用許可を求めておらず、IDFA は使用しません。
- 本サービスの改善のため、Firebase Analytics で画面の表示や操作（プロンプトの作成、利用したテンプレート、送り先の AI アプリなど）、国・言語、端末と OS の種類を記録します。プロンプトの本文は送信しません。
- 不正なアクセスを防ぐため、Firebase App Check で端末やアプリが正規のものかを確認します。
端末内にのみ保存する情報
Chrome 拡張機能は、直前に使ったプロンプトと設定をブラウザーの同期ストレージ（chrome.storage）に保存します。
2. 利用目的
- 本サービスの提供（プロンプトの保存・同期・バックアップ、サインイン、AI による改善機能）
- 有料プランの提供と購入状況の確認
- 広告の表示
- 利用状況の分析による本サービスの改善
- 不正利用の防止とセキュリティの確保
- お問い合わせへの対応
3. 外部サービスへの提供と委託
運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。本サービスは次の外部サービスを利用しており、上記の目的に必要な範囲で情報を取り扱わせます。これらの事業者は主に米国など日本国外でデータを保存・処理します。
- Google（Firebase Authentication、Cloud Firestore、Cloud Functions、Firebase Analytics、Firebase App Check、Vertex AI、AdMob）：プライバシーポリシー、Cloud のデータ処理に関する規約
- Apple（Sign in with Apple、App Store の決済）：プライバシーポリシー
- RevenueCat（購入状況の管理）：プライバシーポリシー
- Expo（アプリの配信と更新）：プライバシーポリシー
- GitHub、Cloudflare（macOS 版アプリの更新の配信）：GitHub のプライバシーステートメント、Cloudflare のプライバシーポリシー
外国にある事業者の個人情報保護の制度については、個人情報保護委員会が公表している外国における個人情報の保護に関する制度等の調査をご確認ください。
4. 安全管理のための措置
- 利用者のデータは、本人のアカウントからのみ読み書きできるようアクセスを制限しています。
- 通信は暗号化（HTTPS）しています。
- 運営者の管理画面では、プロンプトや履歴の本文は表示せず、件数とアカウントの情報（メールアドレスなど）だけを扱います。
5. 保存期間とデータの削除
- プロンプトと履歴は、利用者が削除するまで、またはアカウントを削除するまで保存します。
- アプリの「設定」からアカウントを削除すると、そのアカウントのプロンプト、履歴、AI による改善機能の利用記録を削除します。個人に紐づかない日ごとの集計は残ります。
- Apple・Google・RevenueCat が保持する購入の記録は、各社の規約に従って扱われます。
- アプリから削除できない場合は、下記の窓口までご連絡ください。
6. 開示・訂正・利用停止等の請求
利用者は、運営者が保有する自己の個人情報について、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用の停止、第三者への提供の停止を請求できます。下記の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従い対応します。
7. 子どもの利用
本サービスは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。13歳未満の方の個人情報を取得したことが分かった場合は、速やかに削除します。
8. 改定
本ポリシーを改定する場合は、このページで公表します。重要な変更は、アプリ内などでもお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Daiki Urata ("we") handles your information in ProPoke (formerly Prompt Manager), including the iOS and Android apps and the macOS app, Chrome extension and web version still offered under the Prompt Manager name (the "Service"). If this English version differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Information we collect
Account information
- A user ID issued for each user
- If you sign in with Apple or Google, the email address and display name they provide
- If you use the app as a guest, only an anonymous ID is issued; we do not collect your email address
Content you create
- Saved prompts (title, text, names and default values of blanks, and the AI app you send them to)
- History (the prompt text you sent to an AI app, including what you typed into the blanks)
We store these in the cloud under your account to sync and back them up across your devices.
Information sent when you use AI suggestions
When you tap "Improve with AI", the prompt text is sent to our server and processed by Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini) to create suggestions. We do not store the prompt text itself. To prevent abuse and operate the feature, we record the time, user ID, language, text length, processing time, result and device type.
Purchase information
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and we never receive your card details. To check your purchase status, we receive your user ID and subscription status through RevenueCat.
Ads and usage information
- On the free plan we show ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your IP address, device information and advertising ID (Android) to serve and measure ads. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before showing ads. On iOS we do not ask for permission to track, and we do not use the IDFA.
- To improve the Service, Firebase Analytics records screen views and actions (such as creating a prompt, the template used and the AI app chosen), country, language, and device and OS type. Prompt text is not sent.
- To prevent unauthorized access, Firebase App Check verifies that requests come from the genuine app.
Information stored only on your device
The Chrome extension saves your last used prompt and its settings in the browser's sync storage (chrome.storage).
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service (saving, syncing and backing up prompts, sign-in, AI suggestions)
- To provide paid plans and check purchase status
- To show ads
- To improve the Service by analyzing usage
- To prevent abuse and keep the Service secure
- To respond to your inquiries
3. Service providers
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We use the following providers, which handle information only as needed for the purposes above. They mainly store and process data outside Japan, including in the United States.

4. Security
- Your data can only be read and written from your own account.
- All communication is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Our admin tools never show the text of your prompts or history; they only show counts and account details such as your email address.
5. Retention and deletion
- Prompts and history are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
- When you delete your account from Settings in the app, we delete its prompts, history and AI suggestion records. Daily totals that are not linked to any individual are kept.
- Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are handled under their own terms.
- If you cannot delete your data in the app, please contact us.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to disclose, correct, add to or delete your personal information, or to stop using or sharing it. Please contact us at the address below. We will verify your identity and respond as required by law.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and announce important changes in the app.
